The Eastern Panhandle Community Christmas coordinates holiday giving in Berkeley and Jefferson counties. It accepts applications for assistance for those not served by other organizations, reviews requests for Christmas assistance made to other organizations to prevent duplications, and refers applicants to agencies, churches and other groups that provide for, toys, clothing and other gifts.
